Synopsis: Single mother Marisa Ventura (Jennifer Lopez) is working as a maid at a hotel that caters to rich monsters and is probably haunted while also doing her best to support her socially-anxious and Republican-war-criminal-apologist son Ty (Tyler Posey). After a meet cute where she may or not see Senate-hopeful Chris Marshall's (Ralph Fiennes) dong, and then a SECOND meet cute where Chris actually treats her like a human being because her horny coworker Stephanie (Marissa Matrone) convinces Marisa to cosplay as a rich person, Marisa and Chris forge a romantic bond. This proves to be somehow simultaneously bad for both their careers but also worth exploring, mostly because every other employee of the hotel is living vicariously through Marisa's opportunity to bang an attractive, powerful man.
